The Italian Open has an exciting final in store with the quarter-finals and semi-finals over the next few days before the inevitably spectacular finals on Sunday.

It hasn’t been a remarkable week for the British stars as Emma Raducanu pulled out of her clash against Bianca Andreescu with back problems, while Cam Norrie and Dan Evans were knocked out in the round of 16 and round of 16 and Andy Murray didn’t feature at all.

Fans everywhere will be desperate to rate their favorite stars ahead of Roland Garros next week. The Italian Open is the last chance for many players to prepare for the second Grand Slam of the year.

Where is the Italian Open 2022 taking place?

The tournament takes place at the Foro Italico in Rome, Italy, a historic venue for clay court tennis.

The Italian Open men’s event has been held here on almost every occasion since 1935, while the women’s event has been held in Perugia. The unified event has remained in Rome since 1987.
